The purpose of this online service is to provide you with trusted Conversion and Video production services Nationwide, with the goal of keeping your footage and your privacy private.

All of our Data is stored on a Secure Local Network Access Server which is not accessible by the internet, so your footage and privacy is protected.
Personal Footage
All video and personal footage is only stored and for a specific amount of time locally and a secure storage device, this data is retained for one week after delivery of a product to guarantee that if there are any issues with our work we can review it and fix it if possible.
After 7 days of the final product being delivered to the customer, Port Media delete all copies of the footage that has been converted forever using secure deletion methods. Available to us.
Contracts
Images and Footage from projects or weddings may be reproduced or displayed online as stated in contracts signed by all parties, where Port Media are the Legal Copyright owners. Â Footage that is not owned by Port Media will be deleted and not stored after 2 weeks of completion of any project.
